The conference aims to formulate more flexible fiscal and monetary policies that achieve sustainable development, strengthen Egypt's role as a regional hub for the precursor, logistics, and transport industry, and support agriculture and the food industry to open international markets.
In a related context, the legal accountant Mohamed Rizk confirmed that the Minister of Finance’s attendance at the events contributed to issuing important recommendations to the tax community, and sheds light on the services provided.
Rizk stressed that the conference was part of Egypt's eagerness to support the financial and accounting sector.
He pointed out that meeting economic challenges starts from adopting tax policies as a tool to promote sustainable development and achieve financial stability. Therefore, we must focus on building a tax system that achieves a balance between achieving the revenues necessary to develop services and infrastructure and between stimulating investments and supporting innovation.
Rizk, a member of the Scientific Society for Tax Legislation, welcomed all attendees and stressed that the conference helps in developing practical recommendations that contribute to developing the economic environment.
