On Saturday, the Annual Economic Conference of the Tax Legislation Association kicked off at a major hotel in Cairo. The conference was attended by public figures, legal experts, and business leaders. Mohamed Rizk, Chairman of M1, praised the conference’s success and its importance in promoting tax policies as a key tool for supporting sustainable development in Egypt.
Rizk emphasized that the conference aligns with M1’s efforts to support the financial and accounting sectors. He stated that tackling economic challenges requires the adoption of effective tax policies that balance the need for government revenue to improve services and infrastructure with the need to encourage investments and foster innovation.
